High GPU Performance Workstations as a Service
Workstation.cloud is powered by NVIDIA GRID™ and provides GPU-accelerated cloud desktops and servers that are fully
pre-installed and pre-configured for the end-user.
Create, deploy and manage workspaces, computing resources and applications through the use of our simple, online portal.
Features
Superb Graphics Processing Power
When deploying a virtual desktop, users can choose the desired performance level powered by NVIDIA vGPU or GPU pass-through. GPU options range from 512 MB to 8 GB video memory.
One Control Panel – Unlimited Workstations
Through a single interface, Workstation.cloud users can create and manage GPU-accelerated workspaces (cloud desktops), applications, IaaS infrastructure, users and tenants.
Pay As You Go
Deploy workspaces for development, training and temporary projects in just minutes. Choose a cloud desktop model based on your needs for a certain period of time: only pay for what you use.
Multi-Tenancy
Workstation.cloud is a multi-tenant platform, so you can separate each project, customer or department and nest infinite levels of tenants. For each tenant you can customise branding and set up security rules, configuring blueprints for quick deployment, and much more.
Instantly Scalable
Add resources in minutes as your project requirements grow. Is one of your projects about to end? No problem, you are in control. Easily scale up or down by adding or removing users via your control panel.
Custom blueprints
Use a sandbox desktop to create custom blueprints (templates) for groups of users with specific application needs. Our app store injects selected applications into the users’ workspaces, making them immediately available. Rolling out a new version of an application is easy.
Secure
Your data, desktops and servers are not in just another public cloud. Our platform is built for privacy and security. You can enable two-factor authentication for your cloud desktop, making sure only you can access it.
What is NVIDIA GRID?
NVIDIA GRID™ software brings the full benefit of NVIDIA hardware-accelerated graphics to virtualised environments. Dedicated GPU, also known as GPU pass-through, utilises this technology and provides virtual machine access to a dedicated GPU and enables exceptional graphics performance to a virtual desktop – equivalent to a local workstation.
NVIDIA GPU PASS-THROUGH TECHNOLOGY
NVIDIA GPU pass-through technology gives users all the benefits of a dedicated graphics processor at their desk – but through a virtual workstation. The use of the proven NVIDIA Graphics Driver in the virtual machine ensures 100% application compatibility with traditional non-virtualized workstation environments and the availability of the most recent NVIDIA supported OpenGL 4.4, DirectX 11 and CUDA® 6.0 versions.
